Once all the above documents have been sent, you can return to normal student activity at Ca`Foscari. The apprenticeship agreement must be sent by e-mail to email@example.com before the grant agreement is signed. Before signing the grant agreement, the learning agreement must be sent by e-mail to the International Office – Mobility Unit (firstname.lastname@example.org). The document must be signed by you, your academic coordinator at Ca` Foscari and your coordinator at the host institution. After signing the grant agreement, an online language test will be awarded, mandatory for all students participating in the program and which you must complete within 10 days of the award. The Learning Agreement Changes form should only be used to edit the courses listed in the Learning Agreement or to add new courses. Courses that remain unchanged do not need to be included in the changes form. The first semester training in Leuven (from September 2020) is organised according to the principles of Blended Learning.
